images/pipette.jpg Pasteur pipette 0.1 cubic centimetres  transfer of a millilitre of the second solution in tank (shaping of the spot). Collect more than two millilitres of solution (and leave again only one) to have the least error (the first level, because of the nozzle, is the most unsure)
